  1. Kevin, that sounds great! I use just limited features (homepage, quizzes, gradebook), but I am curious to see what new things are going on so that maybe I can latch onto those.
Oh heads up – do you know if people are using Feed2JS to get RSS feeds to show up in their homepages? That service is going to go away soon – http://cogdogblog.com/2013/04/01/crossroads-for-feed2js/ – but I think Dean Ray was running an OU Tulsa installation that probably works for any ou.edu domain but I am not sure. I wish D2L had an RSS-in feature – is that part of the new upgrade? (I used to use Feed2JS but now I use Feedburner to pull my blog in.)
Anyway, thanks again. I really like all the publicity you guys are doing here and through the D2L homepage we see when we log on also. And the Twitter too!

  2. Hey Laura! Thanks for your comment. The videos covered the major changes that would impact usability, along with features that instructors had requested. We have added a long list giving an overview of the changes. We plan to offer more posts highlighting some of the other new features as well!

  3. Thanks for the post! Is it safe to assume that the four video items there cover the most important changes…?
Or is there anything else of special importance we need to be aware of???
    Thanks!
