We will not host the traditional in-person, multi-campus expo event in January 2024 but will have a monthly virtual and hybrid academic technology series!

Join the Academic Technology Expo committee as we continue our monthly series, Academic Tech Friday. We are going hybrid for May, with lunch provided for those who join us in person. We will be in the Learning Center on the OU Tulsa campus for this event.
In this session, we will review the critical course and grade settings you need to set to calculate your final grades accurately. We will discuss Grade Schemes, entering Zeroes (0), excusing (EX) assignments, and how to use other tools in Grades, such as Late Policy.
After the general information session, we will have two breakout rooms – one for Norman programs and one for HSC programs to review the specific processes for both student information systems (SIS). This will be very important for HSC users as this is a brand-new process for many.
This session is open to all faculty, instructors, teaching assistants, and staff who support courses. This course is taught online via Zoom and will be recorded.
