To enable instructors and TA’s to better utilize Desire2Learn, D2L administrators Kevin and Michelle will be offering hands on workshops throughout August! Each of the workshops listed below will be offered several times in the Engineering Lab, room 250.
This session will introduce you to the basic features of D2L. This includes adding course News announcements, posting course content, setting up assignment Dropbox folders, and emailing your class. Great for new instructors or those looking for a D2L refresher.
This session introduces you to the new features released during our July upgrade. Those features include Dropbox feedback enhancements, calendar changes, and new notification options.
This session covers Grades, Discussion Board, Groups, and Quizzes. This is a fast paced, advanced session – please attend a Basics workshop or ensure that you are completely comfortable using D2L before attending this workshop.
To sign up for one or more types of the above workshops, please follow the links below. When signing up, please enter your @OU.EDU email address (this will remain confidential). Each session is limited to 10 participants, so be sure to sign up before space runs out!
