During the Fall 2014 semester, IT Digital Spaces began phasing out the email address learn@ou.edu in favor of funneling all OU D2L support requests through the IT Service Center. We are aiming to provide a more unified support experience for all OU D2L users.

• For assistance by phone, you can call 405-325-4357 to speak to a technician directly. The current hours are: weekdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• For assistance online, you can submit a request for help by clicking here to fill out the OU D2L support form.
• If you would like assistance in person you can also stop by our Digital Spaces offices hours. Office hours are on Mondays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Engineering Lab, room 250. No appointment is necessary and one of our team members will be happy to work with you!
