Open Access Coffee

Explore open access topics such as increased research impact and citation rates, journal open access policies, and open educational resources to supplement or replace high-priced textbooks.

Learn about your rights as an author and how to retain your rights before you sign a publication agreement.  We will review examples of publication agreements, or feel free to bring along examples of your own.

Sarah Robbins is the Director of Public Relations & Strategic Initiatives for the University of Oklahoma Libraries. She also is an adjunct instructor with the School of Library and Information Studies. Sarah holds a Masters degree in Library and Information Studies as well as a Masters of Education with an emphasis on Adult & Higher Education both from OU.
